1. Questions about DVD
Will the DVD's play in my player?
- DVD's in the shop are on DVD-R media, Region 0 and mastered
on a NTSC system.
- Most North American DVD players should have no problem.
- International customer should make sure your player can play the above
DVD media.
- Most newer name brand DVD players can play DVD-R. Many older players
can not. Please check your player documentation or this site: DVD
Player DVD±R/W Compatibility list
- If you are unsure, we advise you not to order as compatibility is the
buyers responsibility.
What is the policy regarding scratched / defective DVD's?
- In the rare occasion a DVD may be scratched in transit or defective
it will be replaced. No refunds are given.
Please do not buy if you do not agree to these terms.
Note: Program quality can vary and can not be be compared
to a commercial release.
Again, the best advise is not to buy anything you are unsure of.
You can ask a
questions before buying.
2. Shipping Information
- Shipping and handling is based
on a flat rate. Shipping prices are added at checkout.
- We will let you know when your item is shipped. (Usually within two
business days of receiving payment)
I would like to order multiple items. Can I get a shipping
discount?
- Yes, If you would like multiple items just e-mail
us a list of items you would like and we will respond with a Paypal
invoice with the reduced shipping price. (usually within 2 days) You can
then decide if you would like to order or just disregard the
invoice. Please do not forget to include your address.
How long will my package take to arrive?
- US and Canada destinations: transit time is approximately
4 to 10 business days*
( but can take as little as 3 or as long as 14 business days )
- International destinations : transit time is approximately
6 to 12 business days*
( but can take as little as 4 business days or as long as 3 weeks )
We ship Canada Post airmail^
- *We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are
provided by Canada Post, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with
package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. ^Due
to weight, some packages may be shipped surface to keep down shipping
costs.
3. Payment Options
- At this point we offer secure online shopping with Paypal.
When you click on the "add to cart" or "checkout"
buttons you will be taken to Paypals secure site to complete the transaction.
pay with your credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance.
I want to pay with a credit card but don't have a Paypal account?
- No problem!
Check as normal by using the shopping cart buttons, then pick the
"Don't Have a PayPal Account?" option and proceed with the instructions.

When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation E-mail.
Other Payment options
- At this time the only other form of payment we accept are "International
Money Orders"
Please contact us if you
would like to pay this way.
We do not accept personal cheques.
4. Product Availability
- Should a product become unavailable after you pay you will be notified
and a full refund will be given. (Paypal fees can not be refunded as they
are charged by Paypal)
